Major news was announced recently that a major tournament series was happening this fall: Borgata will host the Fall Mini Series Sept. 26-Oct.1.

“We talked to a lot of players, to see what events they missed the most,” said Kellie Decilis, Borgata’s Director of Poker Operations. “We are going to have a 8-max Championship event, PLO/ No limit Holdem Mix and a $1,000 bounty.”

The live event series will take place at the Borgata in Atlantic City. There will also be live NJ online poker qualifier satellite events. Prize pools are listed as $1 million in guaranteed payouts for the events.

With January only four months away, players have been asking if Borgata will bring back a full Winter Series Open.
