Caesars Entertainment is bringing the heat to the Atlantic City dining scene with a planned summer opening of Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen.
Inspired by Ramsay’s hit television series, Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Atlantic City will be the first of its kind on the East Coast, according to a Tuesday press release.
Gordon Ramsay expanding Atlantic City dining scene, again
The head chef of the Atlantic City Hell’s Kitchen will be the winner of the show’s 21st season. The three-level restaurant will occupy spaces formally used by Dusk Nightclub, Planet Hollywood and a Boardwalk bar.
“I’m very excited to announce that I’ll be opening my third restaurant in Atlantic City — Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen,” the Michelin-star chef said in a statement.
Caesars Entertainment and Ramsay have a decade-long business partnership. On Tuesday, the two sides also announced the fall 2022 opening of Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Las Vegas.
Hell’s Kitchen in Atlantic City
The new Hell’s Kitchen is part of Caesars Entertainment’s $400-million reinvestment into its three Atlantic City casino hotels. They would be Caesars AC, Harrah’s Resort AC and Tropicana AC.
John Koster, Caesars Entertainment’s regional president, is “thrilled” that Hell’s Kitchen is coming to Atlantic City.
“Caesars Entertainment is committed to leading Atlantic City’s evolution as one of the country’s modern-day capitals for entertainment, sports, and world-class culinary experiences,” Koster said.
The first Hell’s Kitchen debuted in Las Vegas in 2018 at Caesars Palace. Other locations now include Lake Tahoe and Dubai, with more planned in Chicago, Miami and Washington D.C.
Two casino restaurants in town already bare the celebrity chef’s name: Gordon Ramsay Steak at Harrah’s Resort and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars.
“Atlantic City and visitors throughout the tri-state have been so supportive of Gordon Ramsay Steak and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, so I look forward to having them experience another one of my signature concepts,” Ramsay said.
More details on Ramsay’s new AC digs
Hell’s Kitchen is “an experiential and immersive destination restaurant,” transporting guests to the studio set.
The restaurant will feature overt nods to the series, including red and blue hues and the signature fiery pitchfork.
Guests can view the “dynamic and bustling” open kitchen from almost any seat in the house.
Caesars said that the restaurant’s “seaside locale” will inspire the cuisine. Seasonal menu items will feature “locally-sourced, fresh ingredients and seafood delicacies.”
The restaurant’s menu will include Chef Ramsay’s signature classics like beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding.
Guests will also be able to enjoy classic and signature cocktails such as a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned. New cocktails include Smoke on the Boulevard or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Ramsay himself.
