The volume of different titles available to NJ online casino players continues to grow. Thanks to a new partnership with SugarHouse online casino, Pariplay casino games will be introduced to gamblers in the Garden State for the first time.
This deal will also represent the first appearance of the European-based company’s titles in the US. That means Pariplay’s extensive games portfolio will serve to complement PlaySugarHouse.com’s existing catalogue of over 750 slots and live dealer games.
Details of Pariplay casino games deal
This isn’t the only recent news along this line relevant to the online casino market in NJ. Also this week, Ocean Casino Resort contracted with PlayStar Casino regarding an online skin.
For PlaySugarHouse players, the Pariplay deal is much bigger.
Pariplay’s catalog includes some titles which are new to US players. The games, popular in European markets, include:
- Amazing Riches – a 5×3 slot game with a 96.22% return to player rate
- Dragons of the North – a slot title with four levels of progressive jackpots
- Wolf Riches – a slot game that can pay as much as 1,000X your wager in the bonus round
Here is what Richard Schwartz, president of Rush Street Interactive (parent company of SugarHouse brand) has to say about the deal:
“We are excited to partner with Pariplay to be the first online operator in the U.S. to bring these top-quality casino games to our players,” said Schwartz in a press release. “European players love the variety and innovation of the Pariplay games portfolio and we anticipate that our PlaySugarHouse.com New Jersey players will love playing them just as much.”
“We are delighted to partner with Rush Street Interactive, a proven online gaming operator and market leader in the U.S.,” Adrian Bailey, managing director at Pariplay, said. “We are proud to be close partners with RSI and look forward to building a long-term partnership with them as we collaborate on growing the online casino gaming content in the U.S. market.”
The release did not disclose whether RSI customers in other states would have access to the titles. RSI also operates online casinos in Michigan and Pennsylvania. Regardless, Pariplay is happy to get into the US through NJ. It isn’t difficult to see why NJ is a natural starting point.
NJ is clearly the most mature market for iGaming in the US
The final month of 2020 produced nearly $100 million in online casino revenue for operators in the Garden State. The whole of 2020 brought just over $970 million in the same category, which was a 101% year-over-year increase.
So while it’s crowded in NJ, it’s too good of a market to pass on. Even if PlaySugarHouse only claims a single percent of the market consistently, that’s still millions of dollars a month in revenue. A 1% share of the December 2020 pot would have been worth $9.7 million, for example.
Competing for each percentage point requires operators to keep fresh content in their catalogs. PlaySugarHouse is staying on top of that by getting the Pariplay casino games onto its platform.
That grind, however, never ends.
