January is a time of frigid temperatures and huddling inside. Thankfully, WSOP.com New Jersey has several exclusive promotions to make the the icy blasts a little easier to bear.
The first of these Garden State exclusives is the Multi-Table Hot Seat promotion. During the week of Jan. 14, cash game players may find themselves with a share of over $5,000.
During the hours of 5 – 8 p.m., WSOP.com will randomly select tables to win a portion of the pot. All players at each selected table will win a cash prize.
Cash prizes will range from $1 – $100. WSOP.com will also randomly select each player’s individual prize.
Additionally, any players at the winning table who are multi-tabling other cash games will receive a cash bonus. WSOP.com will inform all winners of their prize within 72 hours via email.
NJ players can also play the Mega Monster Leaderboards
If cash games aren’t your thing or you want more options for promotions, WSOP.com has them for you. Some of these are exclusive opportunities only for players in the Garden State.
One of these New Jersey-only options are the Mega Monster Leaderboards. Each week, online tournament players will compete for their share of $2,000 in tournament tickets.
The top prize winner each week will find an extra $345 worth of vouchers in their account. One of these vouchers will be good for a $215 event, which is enough to brighten any day.
The next 19 finishers on the board will also receive tournament tickets. So, New Jersey tournament players need to get busy.
With The BIG Deal, $500 can win you a share of $30,000
New Jersey residents also have a great scoring opportunity on the last Sunday of every month. At 4 p.m., WSOP.com will run the BIG Deal, a $500 buy-in tournament with a $30,000 guarantee.
Players who don’t feel like plunking down the full price can play in weekly $50 satellites that guarantee five seats. These satellites, which will run on the earlier Sundays of the month, even have $5 satellites themselves.
The super satellites run every day. Players who play in the BIG Deal will also receive Player of the Year points.
Player of the year race is already underway
Those points may end up being quite important. The 2018 Player of the Year competition is already in full swing.
The POY is a big thing. Winners receive $10,000, an exclusive custom ring, and VIP seating at the final table of the WSOP Main Event.
That last prize assumes the winning player isn’t still in attendance as a competitor. However, with that $10,000 prize, anything can happen.
As Scott Blumstein proved last year, this is especially true in New Jersey.
