The lead writer for PlayNJ, Corey Sharp joined Catena Media in 2022. A native of Philadelphia, Corey covers the New Jersey online casino, sports betting, and land-based casino industries as well as legislative issues surrounding them.
Corey has covered the Pennsylvania market for several years, on the heels of previously writing for the Philadelphia Inquirer and NBC Sports Philadelphia.
A graduate of Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Corey lives in the City of Brotherly Love and staunchly supports every professional sports team in the city: 76ers, Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers.
