I encountered a few minor issues while testing both the PlayStar NJ app and website, but overall, the site worked just fine 99% of the time. I never had an issue downloading a game and playing it. Did I like the PlayStar Casino website?
My biggest issue with the PlayStar Casino website was that the geolocation app took a while to download on my Mac. I had to rely on Customer Support to help me with the process, and this has never happened before on other sites like Caesars Palace Online Casino or DraftKings Casino.
Once I got settled in, I found a site that worked well overall and was fun to play on, but had a few minor issues. The Search box covered up the category on the right side of my screen. That was annoying. I didn’t get what “Best of Blackjack” meant as a category. If you think about it, calling something “Best of” implies that there is also a “Worst of.” They could probably just call it Blackjack.
Unfortunately, there’s no Bonus Buy category, and I found the withdrawal process complicated (we will get to that in a second). Not having a demo mode for games is another drawback. What’s missing from the library?
As noted, PlayStar Casino doesn’t have too many live dealer tables and could certainly add more. I only saw a couple of Bonus Buy slots, which is a subcategory I always seek out. There is just one Monopoly game, and the table game selection lacked much variety when it came to baccarat, craps, or other non-blackjack fare. I wish PlayStar Online Casino had a daily prize game like Caesars Palace Online Casino‘s Pick and Win or Fanatics Casino‘s FanCash spins.
