Caesars Sportsbook has introduced Injury Protection and launched Squad Builder, a free-to-play football game offering a shared $50,000 weekly bonus bet prize.

New Jersey customers can access both features through the Caesars Sportsbook NJ app. The operator is also promoting Flex Parlays, which can return a payout when one or two selections lose.

Caesars announced the additions in a Sept. 9 release introducing its “Had Some Work Done” advertising campaign featuring former NFL linebacker Clay Matthews.

The campaign highlights changes made to the sportsbook app following several years of product and technology investments. The spots will run nationally across television, digital, and social media channels throughout football season.

Squad Builder runs for 22 weeks

Squad Builder is available to eligible Caesars NFL bettors in New Jersey. The promotion began Sept. 8 and runs through Feb. 14, covering 22 weekly periods.

Participants open packs from Tuesday through Sunday to reveal seven assigned NFL players and their corresponding props. Users receive one reveal per day except Thursday, when two are available. A complete roster contains one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, and one flex player.

Missing a daily reveal prevents a participant from completing a seven-player squad or qualifying for that week’s grand prize. However, users can continue opening subsequent packs and may still receive smaller rewards.

Three, four, five, or six successful props can unlock mystery rewards, including bonus bets and profit boosts. The required threshold and available reward may vary by week and participant.

If all seven assigned props hit, the participant qualifies for an equal share of the weekly $50,000 prize, which is paid in bonus bets. If nobody completes a successful squad, the prize is not awarded or carried over.

No purchase or real-money wager is required. Rewards are generally credited the following Tuesday and expire after seven days unless otherwise stated. The original value of a winning bonus bet is not included in the payout.

Injury Protection covers qualifying player props

Caesars’ Injury Protection is automatically included at no additional cost with qualifying player prop wagers. Bettors do not need to activate the feature, although it must appear as available for the selected market before the wager is submitted.

If a covered player is injured and ruled out within the applicable period, Caesars may refund the stake on an eligible straight prop bet. Wagers that do not satisfy the requirements will be settled under the sportsbook’s standard rules.

The process differs when the affected player prop is part of a parlay. Caesars may remove that selection and recalculate the wager using the remaining legs. Those picks must still produce the required results for the adjusted parlay to pay out.

Coverage does not extend to every injury or player prop. Eligible markets and injury periods may differ by sport and wager type, so customers should confirm that Injury Protection appears in the bet slip before placing a wager.

Flex Parlays can pay when picks lose

A Flex Parlay can produce a payout when one or two legs of an eligible multi-selection wager lose. The permitted number of missed selections depends on the size and structure of the parlay.

When the option is available, Caesars displays the possible returns based on the number of successful picks. Bettors can review how many selections must win and the corresponding payout before submitting the wager.

Flex Parlays are not applied automatically and must be selected when placing an eligible bet. Caesars also permits customers to use qualifying bonus bets and Caesars Reward Credits to place them.
