Fanatics Casino has launched a new rewards program for eligible New Jersey customers, with more benefits available as they move through seven levels.
Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards offers FanCash multipliers, casino credit offers, Mystery Drops, and weekly sweepstakes. Players can redeem FanCash for casino credit, sportsbook bonus bets, or eligible merchandise, although its value depends on the reward they choose.
Fanatics announced the program on Sept. 15. It is now live through the Fanatics Sports and Casino app for select customers.
FanCash has different values for casino and sportsbook rewards
Players who want to use FanCash at Fanatics Casino NJ can convert it to casino credit. Under Fanatics’ New Jersey FanCash terms, the conversion provides half the stated FanCash value: $10 in FanCash becomes $5 in casino credit.
The credit is applied to casino wagers before deposited funds. Players must wager it once, and it expires seven days after being added to their account. Any resulting winnings are placed in the player’s cash balance.
FanCash converts to Fanatics Sportsbook NJ bonus bets at a dollar-for-dollar rate. That means $10 in FanCash provides $10 in bonus bets. The bets also expire after seven days, and their original stake is not included in any winnings.
Customers can redeem FanCash for eligible Fanatics merchandise as well. To combine rewards across the betting and casino platform and Fanatics’ retail sites, they should register with the same email address and follow the emailed instructions to link their accounts.
FanCash cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another person. FanCash earned through betting generally expires 365 days after the customer’s latest qualifying earning activity, while promotional FanCash can expire sooner.
What the seven rewards levels unlock
The new program gives players access to better benefits as they advance. Higher levels can provide FanCash multipliers on featured casino games, allowing customers to earn the rewards currency at an increased rate. Casino credit offers can also grow with each new level.
Mystery Drops provide surprise rewards across all seven levels. The program includes weekly Bet & Get FanCash opportunities, while higher levels unlock access to exclusive weekly sweepstakes.
The company says levels, benefits, and eligibility vary, so New Jersey players should check the app for their current level and available offers.
Participants must be at least 21 and have an active account in good standing. Customers on an applicable state or Fanatics exclusion list are ineligible.
Casino game choice affects FanCash earnings
New Jersey players earn FanCash when eligible cash wagers settle. Slots have a standard earning rate of 0.25% of the amount wagered, while most table games earn 0.20%. Blackjack, craps, baccarat, and video poker each earn 0.05%.
A multiplier offer can increase the rate on a featured game. Wagers placed with free spins, casino credit, FanCash, or other promotional funds do not earn FanCash. Canceled and voided wagers are excluded, too.
Customers who opened a Fanatics Casino account on or after June 17 are automatically enrolled in the existing FanCash Jackpots promotion. While enrolled, FanCash earned from eligible casino wagers goes into the jackpot pool instead of the player’s available balance.
Players can opt out through the app’s home page if they prefer to receive FanCash directly from future wagers. Any FanCash already contributed to the jackpot pool remains there after they opt out.
