Rob Garrett’s Neil Diamond tribute show is coming to The Grand at Golden Nugget Atlantic City on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026.

The performance is scheduled for 8 p.m. at the casino venue, located at 2100 Pacific Ave. in Atlantic City. The event listing said tickets start at $57.15.

Golden Nugget Adds Another Live Entertainment Date

The show brings a longtime Las Vegas tribute performer to one of Atlantic City’s casino entertainment spaces.

Garrett has spent more than 45 years working as a Las Vegas entertainer and musician. The last 31 years have been dedicated solely to Neil Diamond tribute performances.

The source material describes him as the “King of Diamonds.” Besides, Travelmarketreport.com named his production the “Best Tribute Show in Las Vegas” in December 2025.

Garrett’s Neil Diamond Act Has Decades of History

Garrett formed the band Rock n Roll Heaven in 1980. He later shifted into tribute performance work.

In 1995, he was hired by Paul Revere to portray Neil Diamond in Legends in Concert in Honolulu, Hawaii. What started as a three-month trial run lasted three years. Garrett returned to Las Vegas in August 1998. He later created his own Neil Diamond tribute show.

Neil Diamond retired from touring in January 2018. He had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

For Atlantic City visitors, the Aug. 15 show adds another ticketed, non-gaming entertainment event at Golden Nugget.
