The wealth of NJ online casino games available to Garden State players continues to grow. This time, it’s Caesars casino online boosting its iGaming offerings with a new partnership that includes Ezugi live dealer games.
For Caesars, it’s the latest step in the never-ending quest to have the largest and most varied content catalog.
Evolution Gaming acquired Ezugi in 2019.
Details of the Ezugi live dealer games
Caesars has added several Ezugi titles to its online casino product in NJ. All the games are now available in the Ezugi New Jersey studio. They include live dealer iterations of:
- American Blackjack
- American Roulette
- Casino Hold’em
- Three-Card Poker
- Unlimited Blackjack
“Caesars is bullish on the iGaming opportunity in New Jersey, and with that, it is important that we offer our players the best experience,” said Christian Stuart, head of Caesars Sports and Online Gaming. “Ezugi has a great reputation for offering authentic and engaging live dealer content, and we are thrilled to be able to offer its games to our players in the Garden State for the very first time.”
Ezugi operates in Asia, Europe and South America. The company has made an entry into North America, as the iGaming segment is still very young.
“Caesars is one of the biggest names in the casino industry, and we are delighted to be offering our games to its players in New Jersey,” stated Monica Umana, VP of America at Ezugi. “Live casino brings the online casino experience to life, allowing players to enjoy the atmosphere and interaction that comes with land-based play but with the convenience of playing online. Our live casino games have proved to be hugely popular with players in the Garden State, and we look forward to providing the same superior experience to players at Caesars Casino & Sports New Jersey.”
This expansion of the portfolio for Caesars is crucial to competing in the online casino industry. It’s a business in which players ask, “What have you done for me lately?”
Insatiable hunger for NJ online casino
Online casino platforms could be said to compete with every other form of online entertainment. This includes mobile games that don’t require gambling, social media, video content and podcasts.
In order to capture players’ attention and hold it, that means companies like Caesars not only have to have a wide menu of games but refresh them constantly. That’s why they look to providers like Ezugi.
Building out new iGaming titles would be a full-time job for many people if Caesars did that in-house. It’s actually more efficient for Caesars to negotiate partnerships with companies who do that full-time, like Ezugi.
Caesars has work to do in order to become a serious player in the NJ online casino competition. As other brands like BetMGM and Borgata gain on top-billing Golden Nugget, Caesars could fall further behind.
So time will tell whether the live dealer games will make a difference in terms of Caesars’ market share.
