Unibet has had a presence in New Jersey since 2019. But if a recent announcement from its parent company is any indication, Unibet users are in store for a whole new product in just a few weeks.
According to a press release, Kindred received final approval from the Division of Gaming Enforcement to that will “provide an enhanced customer experience, better analytics, and improved flexibility” for NJ online casinos and NJ sports betting customers.
The platform’s launch expects to come in mid-May.
Unibet NJ to jump to Kindred platform but not away from Kambi
As emphasized in the press release, the forthcoming rollout of Unibet’s new platform represents “an important step” toward establishing Kindred’s footprint in the North American landscape.
Unibet, which currently uses Kambi as a platform provider, offers a variety of online games in New Jersey, from online slots to table games and from poker to sports betting.
While Kindred’s platform will swoop in, the company will still integrate Kambi. As a 2022 release noted, Kambi will continue provide “high-quality technology and services” for Unibet.
Kindred set to ‘show off our true Unibet product’
As detailed in a press release, Kindred’s platform will “provide much improved flexibility and performance through a richer set of analytics and data.”
Specifically, Unibet NJ users will enjoy “an enhanced experience,” which will feature content and products better tailored to the user. Customers can also expect to see more offerings through the platform.
In addition, as the press release points out, the new platform “will equally cater for Kindred’s safer gambling approach in accordance with local needs and requirements.
“I am very pleased that we are now able to launch our own Kindred platform in New Jersey,” Henrik Tjärnström, CEO of Kindred Group, said in the release, “and I am immensely proud of everybody at Kindred who has made this possible.
“Introducing the Kindred platform to our customers in New Jersey will provide the entertainment and experience enjoyed by our customers in Europe. We are now finally able to show off our true Unibet product.”
