Borgata Online averaged 28% more daily active players in the third quarter than in February, before its brand refresh, according to BetMGM. The July relaunch updated the casino’s account tools, rewards features and game navigation.
The operator’s Oct. 13 business update also showed growth across its broader online casino business, with net revenue rising 6% year over year to $483 million. Average monthly active casino customers increased 2% year over year.
New Jersey players at Borgata Online and BetMGM Casino have also gained access to live-streamed slots through an August partnership with Awager. The offering allows customers to play physical slot machines remotely through their online casino accounts.
Borgata relaunch updates rewards and account tools
BetMGM announced Borgata’s redesigned platform June 29 ahead of its July 3 launch in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The update introduced a new look and revised navigation, along with changes to how players manage their accounts and access rewards.
The redesigned account hub groups available bonuses, playable funds and withdrawable balances in one place. Players can also launch their favorite titles and return to games they recently played directly from the casino’s home screen.
The new Rewards Hub brings together promotions, Borgata Rewards Points, and MGM Rewards tier status. Players can review their available offers and track rewards associated with online play and visits to MGM’s physical properties.
At the time of the relaunch, BetMGM said Borgata’s catalog included 4,000 games, with 250 exclusive titles. The company said the redesign brought Borgata’s features into line with its main online casino platform. Borgata has been part of New Jersey’s legal online casino market since its 2013 launch.
BetMGM’s online casino revenue climbs 6% in third quarter
The Borgata activity figure covers the brand’s wider business, and the update does not identify a separate New Jersey percentage.
Casino net revenue per active customer increased 4% year over year. Quarterly casino net revenue rose by $29 million, reaching $483 million compared with $454 million a year earlier.
Through the first nine months of 2026, casino net revenue amounted to $1.45 billion. BetMGM reported 8% growth from $1.35 billion during the same period last year.
Companywide quarterly net revenue reached $710 million, up 7%. Adjusted EBITDA increased 112% to $86 million, with both figures covering the overall business rather than New Jersey alone.
BetMGM and Borgata add live slots and TV-themed games
The Awager partnership announced Aug. 20 added access to 50 physical slot cabinets featuring more than 30 game titles at launch. Aristocrat’s Buffalo Ascension and Lightning Link were among the games included.
BetMGM’s New Jersey catalog also includes Blueprint Gaming’s Game of Thrones, a six-reel online slot game with 4,096 ways to win. Landing at least three Bonus symbols activates the Iron Throne Spins feature. The quarterly report described the wider rollout of Game of Thrones titles as the company’s most successful game franchise launch.
Both casinos also added The Traitors Faithful Riches to their New Jersey game libraries in September. Developed by Games Global, the slot debuted Sept. 17 to coincide with the premiere of The Traitors: New Blood.
The slot uses a five-reel, four-row layout with 1,024 ways to win, bonus spins and The Traitor Feature. BetMGM’s agreement with All3Media International includes plans for additional releases across slots, table games and other casino formats.
