enteractive and resorts digital gaming partnered to help boost and optimize player engagement within the new jersey online casino world

One of the more successful New Jersey online casino licenseholders just upped its game a bit more as it makes a run for the top spot.

Resorts Digital Gaming has partnered with Enteractive, which specializes in player reactivation and retention in the world of sports betting and online casino gaming.

Focusing primarily on the Garden State, Resorts looks for Enteractive’s approach and technology to help Resorts optimize player engagement and increase “player conversions and reactivations” in the NJ online casino space.

Enteractive to help ‘reduce registration churn’

As part of the partnership, Enteractive will integrate its award-winning campaigns for Resorts Digital, which includes Resorts Online Casino NJ and Mohegan Sun NJ. According to a press release, the focus remains on activating registered non-funded player accounts (RNFs) “to reduce registration churn.” In addition, Enteractive looks to reactivate accounts from lapsed players.

Using its cutting-edge (Re)Activation Cloud platform, Enteractive will interact with players in one-on-one phone conversations. Such an appproach has proven to convert more deposits from RNFs while still emphasizing the best practices for responsible gambling.

In fact, last year alone, this tactic saw Enteractive engage with over 6.5 million players globally and generate over $53 million.

“Our team is extremely excited about collaborating with Enteractive and its innovative player engagement strategies,” Ed Andrewes, CEO at Resorts, said in a statement. “This partnership will set us apart from our competitors and show our players that we value the experience they have with Resorts Digital Gaming. We’re excited to see the positive outcomes of this joint effort.”

Andrew Foster, chief business officer for Enteractive, added that his company’s primary goal remains “to facilitate direct communication between iGaming companies and their players using genuine one-on-one interactions.” As a result, he continued, “we are certain that Resorts can increase their results in player conversions and reactivations.”

Resorts hopes plan to stay atop of NJ online casino chain

Since online casinos in NJ went live 10 years ago, only two other licenseholders have seen more revenue than Resorts, with both Borgata and Golden Nugget frequently jockeying with Resorts for the top spot each month.

In August, Resorts claimed the top NJ online casino revenue spot for just the second time since April 2016, the other occurrence coming in March 2023.

Perhaps with this Enteractive partnership, Resorts can maintain or even build upon that standing.
