Borgata Atlantic City has announced new upgrades to its gaming floor, which includes 25,000 square feet in additional space that features 51 table games, five private gaming salons and a dedicated Asian gaming space. The renovations also comes with sophisticated high-limit gaming area and private bar.

In addition, the Asian gaming space includes the dining concept, Noodles, which is a staple at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. According to a press release, it is considered the most significant gaming refresh in Borgata’s history. Niklas Rytterstrom, President and COO of Borgata, said in a statement:

“With these best-in-class offerings and amenities, we are once again redefining the pinnacle of high-end gaming in Atlantic City.

“Every detail of the experience has been thoughtfully curated to ensure our guests feel welcomed, celebrated and immersed in unparalleled experiences.”

Asian gaming floor concepts

Borgata is already one of the premier destinations among Atlantic City casinos, as evidence of being the top grossing casino. The property hinted at major changes to the gaming floor last September, which has finally come to fruition.

The vibe of the Asian gaming space was important to Borgata. The area exudes sophistication, with a color palette that mixes radiant reds and golds with earthy taupe and ivory and grey tones. Rytterstrom continued:

“From lucky colors and patterns, symbolic imagery for good fortune and refined woodworking and craftsmanship, our design team took every element into consideration in delivering on the splendor our guests have come to expect.”

The high limit space is designed for exclusivity and personalization, and includes rare liquors from around the world, including Shibui 23 and Yamazaki 18. Borgata also employs multilingual hosts who speak Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Vietnamese and Korean.

Customers can also take advantage of electronic credit for an uninterrupted gaming experience, along with wireless phone chargers

Borgata adds Las Vegas famous Noodles

The dining experience of Noodles is well-known in the Las Vegas casino scene at the Bellagio. Borgata decided to bring the vibe to the east coast. Some of the dishes Noodles offers includes:

  • Noodles
  • BBQ
  • Seafood
  • Dim sum
  • Vegetable dishes

The press release also talks about the importance of the vibe Noodles provides:

“Drawing inspiration from the symbolic meaning of noodles – longevity and prosperity – these themes are thoughtfully reflected throughout the space, from the flowing ceiling design to the intricate flooring details.

“The ambiance is a blend of relaxation and refinement, incorporating traditional artistry and subtle cultural symbolism.”

Noodles also has an eight-seat bar area, as the number eight in Asian culture represents luck and prosperity.
