Resorts Casino Hotel has brought Halloween to the Atlantic City Boardwalk early with the return of The Boo Bar, a seasonal pop-up featuring themed cocktails, décor, and entertainment.

This year’s “Witches Edition” opened Aug. 21 at Bar One, located on the casino floor near the hotel lobby. The pop-up will remain open daily through Halloween, while trivia, karaoke, bingo, live music, and costume gatherings fill the remaining August schedule.

The latest transformation adds another entertainment option at Resorts Casino Hotel, which regularly converts Bar One into seasonal concepts. Bar One regularly hosts seasonal pop-ups, including the Candy Cane Lounge and The Tipsy Leprechaun.

Four themed cocktails headline The Boo Bar menu

The Boo Bar menu offers The Wizard, The Witch, The Warlock, and the Candy Corn Martini, with each cocktail priced at $14. Guests can also order The Wizard with a souvenir mug for $24.

Bar One also continues to offer happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Regular hours run from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. Fridays, noon to 3 a.m. Saturdays, and 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sundays.

Trivia, karaoke, and live music continue through August

The Boo Bar has entertainment scheduled each day through the end of August.

Trivia with DJ Proud is set for Aug. 24 and Aug. 31, beginning at 7 p.m. Karaoke with DJ Joe starts at 8 p.m. on Aug. 25 and Aug. 27, while DJ Gary will perform beginning at 8 p.m. on Aug. 26.

Chloe & Noah will provide live music from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Aug. 28, followed by DJ Ahmed from 9:15 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

The Aug. 29 lineup includes Kiss & Chaos from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and DJ Gary from 9:15 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Bar Bingo and music with DJ Eric and DJ Proud will run from 3 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 30. Trivia with DJ Proud will then close out the August entertainment schedule on Aug. 31, beginning at 7 p.m.

Witches Dance gatherings will continue every Saturday

The Aug. 29 schedule also includes a Witches Dance gathering at 8 p.m. Guests are encouraged to attend dressed as witches or warlocks, learn a group dance and take part in pop-up dance events around the casino.

The gatherings are scheduled for every Saturday during The Boo Bar’s run, except Sept. 5.

The Boo Bar is part of a broader Halloween entertainment schedule at Resorts. The property will host The Hocus Pocus Speakeasy on Oct. 3 and Oct. 17, followed by performances of Little Shop of Horrors on Oct. 10, Oct. 17, and Oct. 24. A haunted Candlelight concert and an appearance by Jersey Shore Medium Linda Shields are scheduled for Oct. 30.

Resorts has also planned a Halloween celebration at Bar One for Oct. 31. Guests who arrive in full costume can enter for a chance to win free slot play. The event begins at 9 p.m., with three winners receiving $100 each at 10 p.m.
