International Game Technology (IGT) announced the release of a new, and exciting, Whitney Houston slot game that has come to Hard Rock Atlantic City. According to an Instagram post, the casino debuted the new machines earlier this month.
Houston is undoubtedly one of the most influential musicians ever, and including a slot dedicated to her is likely going to be incredibly popular among Hard Rock guests. Judging by some of the Instagram comments, that appears to be the case.
Whitney Houston slots debut at Hard Rock AC
The slot machine featuring Whitney Houston is a spectacle inside Hard Rock Atlantic City. The machine stands 11 feet tall and features two 55-inch, 4K resolution curved-edge LCD screens for vivid graphics and sound effects. When four games are placed side-by-side, one larger-than-life “Whitney Houston” graphic is displayed across the machines.
The game features Houston’s hit songs such as “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” “So Emotional,” and “How Will I Know.” Those iconic songs are brought to life in the following ways:
- Game symbols
- Bonus content
- Concert footage
- Famous Houston photos
One of the most attractive features of the game includes a collection of platinum record symbols that land on the reels, which triggers the re-spin bonus.
IGT’s COO of Gaming, Nick Khin, said in a press release:

Comments suggest Whitney Houston slots are a hit
Hard Rock Casino posted an Instagram video on June 16, which gave viewers a good look at what the slot looks like. The game certainly stands out on the casino floor.
