Borgata Atlantic City is doubling down on its entertainment offerings with plans to open a new live music and nightlife venue in partnership with Big Night, New England’s leading entertainment and hospitality group.

The new 18,000-square-foot venue is slated to open in summer 2026, taking over the space formerly occupied by Premier Nightclub.

The project aims to cement Borgata Atlantic City‘s position as the East Coast’s top resort for live entertainment, offering a flexible, multi-sensory environment designed to host concerts, special events, and dynamic programming year-round.

Borgata is more than a gambling facility

Atlantic City casinos have added tons of entertainment options, in addition to gaming, to compete with each other and the market in 2025.

Niklas Rytterstrom, president and COO of Borgata, is aware of the importance of customer experience.

“Borgata has always been the East Coast’s premier entertainment destination, and partnering with Big Night allows us to bring something bold and new to Atlantic City.

“Together, we’re creating a venue that will set a new standard for live experiences and offer guests unforgettable moments worth returning for.”

Big Night is best known for its acclaimed venues in Boston, including Big Night Live, The Grand, and Memoire. It has built a reputation for combining live music with high-end hospitality and immersive design.

The company’s founders, Ed Kane and Randy Greenstein, see the Atlantic City expansion as a natural evolution of their brand.

Kane said the company is excited to work with Borgata.

“We’re thrilled to bring Big Night to Atlantic City and to be partnering with Borgata, one of the top casino resorts in the US.

“This is the beginning of an exciting, long-term collaboration where we’ll introduce our expertise in live music, nightlife, and experiential hospitality to one of the most iconic destinations in the country.”

Greenstein added that the new space will deliver the kind of high-energy programming that defines Big Night’s venues.

“Our vision is to curate major touring acts, world-class DJs, and one-of-a-kind events that captivate guests every time they walk through the door.”

Big Night has hosted a wide range of top-tier performers, including Erykah Badu, Travis Scott, 50 Cent, Sabrina Carpenter, Burna Boy, Steve Aoki, and Diplo. That track record suggests Borgata’s newest addition will attract similar star power.

Borgata will announce design details and programming specifics in the months ahead.
