Hard Rock Bet has officially launched a major redesign of its online casino app lobby, introducing an advanced user interface tailored to enhance personalization, simplify navigation, and optimize game discovery for its players.

At the heart of this overhaul is Hard Rock Bet’s proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, which aims to deliver a uniquely tailored experience for each user.

Hard Rock Bet is building on improvements it made to its lobby in August 2024.

What players can expect

The new lobby design reflects a significant step forward in creating a smarter, more engaging casino environment.

Among the key improvements is the new My Games widget, which consolidates recently played and favorite games into a single, easy-to-access section. Complementing this is a dynamic recommendation engine that curates real-time game suggestions based on each player’s preferences and recent activity. For example: “Because you just played …” prompts.

Search functionality has also been elevated. A new search bar allows users to quickly find specific games, while a streamlined horizontal category menu enables smoother browsing by game type. Additionally, a Top-10 search feature highlights the most popular titles on the platform, giving users insight into trending games.

To enrich the decision-making process, all games now include contextual information, such as gameplay descriptions and preview videos for select titles. Players can also long-press on any game icon to access related and recommended titles, making game discovery more intuitive and interconnected.

The updated interface features slimmer promotional banners and vertical widgets that keep players informed about current jackpots and marketing offers without cluttering the screen.
