BetMGM New Jersey is bringing its online casino and sportsbook customers together for a New Jersey sweepstakes tied to the WNBA Finals.
Customers can earn entries through wagers placed with either BetMGM Casino NJ or BetMGM Sportsbook NJ. The state joins Michigan and Pennsylvania as the only three states where casino play qualifies.
BetMGM will award two packages valued at an estimated $5,000 each. Both winners receive two tickets to Game 2 of the WNBA Finals and $2,000 in withdrawable funds for travel and lodging.
The WNBA Swish-Stakes began Aug. 24 and continues through Sept. 6 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

BetMGM grows across both NJ products
The promotion arrives after BetMGM recorded year-over-year revenue growth across its New Jersey casino and sportsbook operations.
BetMGM generated $34.6 million in online casino revenue during July, a 10.1% increase from the previous year. It ranked third among individual brands as NJ online casino revenue reached a record $276.9 million.
Its sportsbook reported $8.8 million in July revenue, up 37.5% year over year. BetMGM ranked fourth among the state’s online sportsbooks during a month when NJ set a July handle record with $816.9 million in wagers.
Allowing both products to generate sweepstakes entries gives BetMGM access to those two established customer groups. However, casino players are limited to two eligible games.
Casino and sportsbook wagers follow the same tiers
New Jersey customers must locate the sweepstakes in the Promotions section of their BetMGM account and opt in before wagering.
WNBA Gold and NBA Gold are the only casino games that qualify. Other slots, table games, and live dealer titles are excluded.
Cumulative wagering of $10 earns one entry. Customers receive two entries after wagering $20, five after $50, and 10 after $100. The maximum of 25 entries is awarded after $250 in qualifying wagers.
Players can reach those amounts over multiple wagers placed during the promotional period.
The same tiers apply through BetMGM Sportsbook NJ. Any available sports market can qualify, despite the sweepstakes being tied to the WNBA.
Sports bets must have odds of -200 or longer and settle before they count. The promotion rules exclude wagers that are cashed out, edited or canceled.
Casino and sportsbook entries share one overall limit. New Jersey customers can use either product or both, but cannot generate more than 25 entries.

No-wager entries are available by email
Customers can also enter without making a purchase or placing a wager. Submissions must be sent to BetMGMSweepstakes@BetMGM.com before the promotion closes.
Each email must include the subject line: “Legendary Experiences: WNBA Finals Sweepstakes.” BetMGM also requires the participant’s full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and account user ID.
Every valid email produces one entry. A customer would need to send 25 separate emails containing the required information to reach the promotion’s limit through this method.
BetMGM will draw two potential winners at random at least one day after the sweepstakes ends. The operator will contact them by telephone or email, and each must respond with the requested information within five business days to avoid forfeiting the prize.
Customers entering through wagering must be at least 21, physically located in New Jersey, and have an active, verified BetMGM account.
