A New Jersey online casino player turned a $2 spin into a nearly $2 million payday after hitting a Mega Jackpot on Hard Rock Bet Casino.

The player won $1,937,382 on June 4 while playing Hot Rod Hog by Bragg Gaming, marking the second Mega Jackpot winner on Hard Rock Bet in less than a month.

According to Hard Rock Digital, the winning spin occurred at 6:23 p.m. and instantly made the player a millionaire.

Second Mega Jackpot winner in less than a month

The latest jackpot comes just weeks after another New Jersey player won approximately $1.94 million on Hard Rock Bet Casino while playing Bag the Swag: Hold & Win by Octoplay.

That previous win marked the first Mega Jackpot awarded through Hard Rock Bet’s proprietary jackpot network in New Jersey. Rich Criado, VP of Casino at Hard Rock Digital, said in a statement:

“This is another incredible moment for both our player and our jackpot experience. To see a second Mega Jackpot winner within a month speaks to the excitement and momentum behind Hard Rock Bet jackpots.

“We’re thrilled for our winner and excited to continue delivering these unforgettable moments for our players.”

The two seven-figure wins in less than a month highlight the rapid growth of the operator’s in-house progressive slots product in the Garden State.

How Hard Rock Bet’s jackpot system works

Hard Rock Bet’s proprietary jackpot network features four progressive jackpot tiers, which launched in April:

  • Mini
  • Minor
  • Major
  • Mega

The jackpots are available across thousands of eligible online slots on the platform. Players can opt into the jackpot network by contributing an additional $0.20 per spin, which feeds a shared jackpot pool across participating games.

Unlike some progressive jackpots that require players to trigger a specific bonus feature or land special symbols, Hard Rock Bet says every eligible spin carries a random chance to award one of the jackpot tiers.

The $1.94 million Mega Jackpot was awarded on a $2 wager while the player was spinning Hot Rod Hog, a slot developed by Bragg Gaming.

Hard Rock continues expanding NJ iGaming offering

The latest jackpot win comes as Hard Rock Bet continues to grow its gambling footprint in New Jersey.

The operator currently offers more than 4,200 games in the state, including slots, table games and live dealer options. Hard Rock Bet also integrates its iGaming platform with the company’s Unity by Hard Rock rewards program, allowing players to earn rewards across Hard Rock’s gaming, hospitality and entertainment properties.

For New Jersey customer players, the latest win serves as another reminder that even a modest wager can produce a life-changing result.

In this case, it took just a $2 spin to generate a $1.94 million payday.
