Hard Rock Bet has rolled out a redesigned Rewards Store, expanding its lineup of redeemable perks while strengthening the connection between its online platform and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

The refreshed store on Hard Rock Bet introduces a new look, broader reward categories and more experiential offerings tied to the company’s Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program.

New look, new categories reshape Rewards Store

The updated Rewards Store centers on a redesigned interface aimed at improving usability and discovery.

Players can now browse rewards across six categories – Featured, Bonuses, Merch, VIP Experiences, Hard Rock Live and Hotels – giving the store a more structured feel than its previous version.

The added organization is designed to help users more quickly identify how they want to redeem their Unity Points, whether through digital rewards or real-world experiences.

More ways to redeem, from bonus bets to live events

The operator also expanded the types of rewards available, creating a broader mix of in-app incentives and experiential perks.

On the digital side, players can redeem for items such as Profit Boost Tokens on Hard Rock Sportsbook and, in the New Jersey online casino market, Bonus Spins. At the same time, the store leans heavily into lifestyle rewards, including access to concerts, VIP events, and signed memorabilia.

Hotel stays and travel-related rewards tied to Hard Rock properties are also part of the offering, giving players additional flexibility in how they use their points.

Atlantic City presence adds real-world value

For New Jersey players, the Rewards Store carries added significance because of Hard Rock’s footprint in Atlantic City.

Through Unity by Hard Rock, points earned online can be used at Hard Rock Atlantic City for on-property perks like hotel accommodations, dining, and entertainment.

That link between online wagering and its Atlantic City casino destination, among other properties, creates a more tangible rewards loop, allowing players to translate gameplay into experiences at one of the city’s most prominent resorts.

Hard Rock highlights evolving loyalty experience

Hard Rock Senior VP, Marketing & Engagement Zach Sold said the relaunch is part of a broader effort to enhance how players engage with its loyalty ecosystem.

“This relaunch represents a meaningful step forward in how we reward our most loyal players. We set out to create a store where players can redeem their points for experiences they’re genuinely excited about, whether that’s front-row seats to a world-class fight or a signed piece of sports history, all seamlessly connected through the Unity by Hard Rock program.

“We’re making it easier than ever for players to engage however they choose and be rewarded wherever they play. The new interface makes it simple to discover what’s available, and this launch is just the beginning.”

Strategy focuses on connecting digital and retail play

The Rewards Store update reflects Hard Rock Bet’s broader push to integrate its online product with its land-based operations.

In a competitive New Jersey market, that connection, particularly with its Atlantic City resort, gives the operator a way to differentiate by offering rewards that extend beyond the app.

By tying gameplay to both digital perks and real-world experiences, Hard Rock is aiming to create a more complete player journey across its platform and properties.
