Despite a slight month-over-month revenue decline, New Jersey online casinos continue to hum along. The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement reported on Monday that operators produced $251.8 million in February revenue.

That’s a 2.7% decrease from January, but an impressive 21.2% increase year-over-year.

Still on pace for $3 billion

New Jersey online casino revenue has dipped in each of the last two months since setting the all-time record back in December at $273.2 million. However, there aren’t signs of the industry slipping in any way.

In January, platforms experienced a 16.8% year-over-year increase. Last month, operators grew revenue at a 21.2% rate from the previous February.

The market is still on pace to eclipse $3 billion in revenue, just from the first two months of 2026. Historical data shows that March is usually a strong month for online revenue.

Caesars and Fanatics continue to grow

Despite the recent drops as a market, Caesars Palace Casino has been able to ascend. The operator recorded $18.8 million in February revenue.

In a month where most operators declined, such as FanDuel Casino, BetMGM Casino and Hard Rock Bet, Caesars was able to increase revenue at a 2.7% rate from January.

Fanatics Casino is another operator that can also make that claim. The platform posted nearly $12 million in revenue in January, and raised it to $12.3 million last month.

It’s an impressive feat for gambling apps such as Caesars and Fanatics. Both operators have proven to be strong operators in a competitive New Jersey market.

Online trumps retail once again

For the fourth straight month, online platforms outperformed the Atlantic City casino market. Retail properties produced $202.9 million in February earnings.

It’s safe to say that the online market has surpassed Atlantic City, especially in winter months and other non-summer months.

The retail properties should shine again in June, July and August.
