New Jersey iGaming operators produced $243.1 million in September revenue, reported the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement on Friday.

It fell roughly $5 million shy of the all-time record in August, a 2.1% month-over-month decrease. The vertical did display a 16.8% year-over-year increase.

With September’s output, New Jersey online casinos surpassed $2 billion ($2.12 billion) in year-to-date revenue. While it is behind the Pennsylvania market, the No. 1 state, it remains in lockstep with Michigan, which has yet to release September figures.

Fanatics falls again

Fanatics Casino has displayed an inconsistent 2025 as of late. The operator has been all over the map in terms of revenue, which looks like:

  • April: $7.4 million
  • May: $6.2 million
  • June: $3.6 million
  • July: $12.4 million
  • August: $10 million

Fanatics dipped back down to $5.1 million in September, though it has proven it can produce double-digit figures.

Fanatics Casino will look for more consistency over the final three months of 2025.

Tons of competition

It’s no secret that FanDuel Casino and DraftKings Casino are the market leaders in the Garden State. Out of nearly 30 operators, the majority are jockeying for the second and third spots.

There are 13 platforms that posted between $1 million and $3 million in September revenue.

Tropicana made the biggest jump last month with $2.9 million. In August, it garnered only $1.7 million. Tropicana finished ahead of the likes of ESPN BET, Parx, and bet365.
