Hard Rock has once again been recognized as one of New Jersey’s top employers.
The casino resort was named a New Jersey Top Workplace for 2026, marking the third consecutive year it has received the designation.
Hard Rock ranked No. 13 among New Jersey companies with 500 or more employees and was the only Atlantic City casino to make the statewide list.
The rankings are based on anonymous employee surveys conducted by Energage, an independent human resources technology and research firm. According to Hard Rock Atlantic City, more than 1,000 team members participated in the survey process.
Property president George Goldhoff said in a statement:
“Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is honored to once again be recognized as a New Jersey Top Workplace for 2026.
“We applaud our team members for their unwavering commitment, as well as their passion, dedication, and spirit. They bring our core value of ‘Love All, Serve All’ to life every day for our guests.”
Recognition comes ahead of anniversary celebration
The workplace recognition arrives as Hard Rock prepares to celebrate another milestone in Atlantic City.
The resort will mark its eighth anniversary this week, continuing a run that has seen it become one of the city’s leading gaming and entertainment destinations since opening in 2018.
As part of the festivities, the property will participate in North Beach‘s annual fireworks display on June 26. The free event will be visible from multiple locations along the northern end of the Boardwalk.
The following evening, singer-songwriter James Taylor and his All-Star Band is scheduled to perform at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena.
The anniversary celebration will also coincide with the debut of a new dining venue.
Hard Rock announced it will open Sitar, an upscale Indian restaurant that combines traditional culinary influences with a modern dining experience. The restaurant will feature Boardwalk views, live music, and a menu inspired by Indian cuisine.
Hard Rock continues strong Atlantic City presence
The workplace recognition comes during a year in which Hard Rock has remained one of Atlantic City’s top-performing casinos.
According to figures from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the property generated more than $219 million in revenue through the first five months of 2026, ranking among the market’s top performers.
The award arrives as Hard Rock approaches its eighth anniversary and continues to expand non-gaming offerings, including the upcoming opening of Sitar.
